Miracle Knot Conversion Service

Turn your bundles into ready-to-install Miracle Knot extensions. Our conversion service takes your bundles and expertly prepares them as Miracle Knots, giving you a lightweight, natural-looking install that blends seamlessly with your own hair.

Yield: We aim to produce approximately 60–70 Miracle Knot strands per 100g of hair, so you’ll have a good idea of how many strands to expect from your bundles.

How Pricing Works

This service is charged per 100g. Add 1 unit to your cart for every full 100g of hair you’d like converted, rounding down to the nearest 100g.

If your hair weighs slightly more than a round number, we’ll calculate the extra on a pro-rata basis and email you a payment link to settle the balance.

Example: If your hair weighs 220g, add 2 units to your cart (R1,400). The remaining 20g will be pro-rated at R140, and we’ll send you a payment link for that amount. 220g of hair will produce approximately 130–155 strands.

How It Works

1. Add the correct number of units to your cart.
2. At checkout, select the 2-Way PUDO delivery option. This covers you sending your hair to us and us sending it back once your conversion is complete.
3. Once your order is placed, we’ll email you the PUDO deposit details (we arrange the PUDO for you). You can drop off your hair at any PUDO locker nationwide.
4. Reply to that email with your preferred PUDO locker for us to send your converted hair back to.
5. We’ll complete your conversion within 2–3 business days of receiving your package and send it straight back to you.

Hair Requirements

All bundles must be freshly washed and detangled before being sent to us. We do not accept wigs as they are - please attend to deconstructing the wig prior to sending them to us.

If the bundles we receive are not clean, not detangled to a manageable state, or otherwise not suitable for conversion, we will be unable to complete the service and will refund your payment less a regret fee to cover payment processing costs:

• 8% of the amount paid for card payments (Yoco)
• 12% of the amount paid for Happy Pay orders
