1. Shipping Methods
We ship nationwide within South Africa via:
- PUDO Locker-to-Locker: R60
Courier guy: R250
Customers will receive tracking details once the parcel has been dispatched.
3. Collection (Cape Town)
Collection is available in Cape Town City Centre.
The exact location will be provided after:
- Order confirmation
- Full payment received
3. Courier Responsibility
Once your order has been dispatched:
- Textured is not responsible for courier delays.
- We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels once handed over to the courier.
- Customers must ensure that locker details and contact information are correct.
- If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
4. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at checkout.
Textured will not be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
