Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

To request a cancellation, please submit your request via the website contact form with your order number and full name.

Processing & Dispatch

Once an order has been processed, prepared, or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

As our hair products are hygiene-sensitive, we are unable to accept cancellations once processing has begun.

Refunds

If your cancellation request is approved within the 12-hour window, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Pre-Orders (If Applicable)

Pre-orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations will not be permitted as stock is secured specifically for your order.
