At Textured, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our textured hair extensions. Due to the nature of our products, strict return conditions apply to ensure hygiene and maintain product quality.
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns will only be considered if:
- The return request is made within 3 days of receiving your order.
- The hair has not been used, installed, altered, washed, brushed, or manipulated in any way.
- The full number of bundles or strands originally supplied are returned.
- The hair is returned in its original condition and packaging.
For hygiene reasons, any hair that has been installed, styled, or tampered with will not qualify for a refund.
2. Return Process
Before returning any item, you must:
- Complete a complaint via our contact form, explaining the issue.
- Attach clear photographs showing the problem.
- Only return items after receiving approval via the contact form.
Returns sent without prior written approval will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
4. Refund Approval
Once the returned hair has been inspected and approved:
- A refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Returns will be declined if the hair is incomplete, used, or damaged.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
