By accessing our website and/or purchasing from Textured, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

  • You agree to our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

Failure to read our policies does not exempt you from these terms.

2. Product Information

Textured specializes in premium hair extensions and half wigs designed for African hair textures.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Each bundle contains approximately 90g of hair.
  • For sew-ins: 2 bundles are recommended for a full head, 3 bundles for added volume.
  • Results may vary depending on installation and maintenance.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability.
  • We reserve the right to:
    • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
    • Adjust pricing at any time without prior notice.
  • Full payment is required before processing any order.

4. Shipping & Collection

  • PUDO locker-to-locker shipping is R60 nationwide.
  • Door-to-door courier may be arranged upon request.
  • Collection details are provided after order confirmation.
  • We are not responsible for courier delays once an order has been dispatched.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • All returns are subject to our strict Return & Refund Policy.
  • Hair must:
    • Be unused and uninstalled.
    • Be returned within 3 days of receipt.
    • Include the full number of bundles or strands originally supplied.
  • Used or altered hair will not be refunded.
  • All returns must be in the original packaging and customers must contact us via the website contact form to initiate a return.

6. Limitation of Liability

Textured is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect installation.
  • Improper maintenance.
  • Damage caused by excessive heat or chemical processing.
  • Misuse of products after delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, branding, and product descriptions, is the property of Textured and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
