Our Customisation Service is designed to prepare your hair for optimal styling and wear.

Each bundle or unit goes through a step-by-step process on your behalf, including washing, drying, detangling, moisturising, and defining the curls. The hair is then shaped using light layering and finished to achieve a soft, defined curl that still maintains natural volume and fluffiness, with gentle face-framing—consistent with the look shown in our half wig product images on the site.

This ensures your hair arrives washed, styled, and ready to wear, making it easier to manage from the start.

Please note that this service follows our standard styling method. As individual preferences and face shapes may vary, further customisation once the half-wig is in your possession may still be required to achieve your ideal look.
